Shawn has the overall responsibility of day to day operations to oversee the firm’s property management operations across the state of Florida. He plays an integral part for the firm with all aspects of the business, including due diligence, property management, and lease administration. He is instrumental in the success of the firm due to his leasing efforts, which include numerous national and regional tenants such as AT&T, Subway, UPS, Planet Fitness, CVS, Walgreens, and more. Shawn is also responsible for overseeing in house accounting and maintenance staff and coordination with outside tax accountants and legal counsels.
